If you're looking for some leadership inspiration from some really big kahunas, Coffee With The Greats is a good place to start. Hosted by Miles Fisher (with some guest appearances from his father who, apparently, knows some of the guests well), it offers listeners with insights into the background, up-bringing and back-stories to today's captains of industry.
As one would expect, the tone is casual and very conversational, with Miles showing that he knows his material well. At times, Miles' eagerness on the topics gets the better of him and he suffers from the occasional long-winded question. Overall, the quality of the podcast is top-notch. It starts off with a great interview of Jamie Dimon, then maintaining the standard with other interviews with the likes of Ajay Banga as well as radio mogul Bob Pittman.
